1. Booking

A booking is confirmed only once:​

• The required booking deposit has been paid.

• You have received written confirmation from The Boogie Wonderland Party.

We reserve the right to decline any booking.

2. Payment

A non-refundable 20% booking deposit is required to secure your chosen date.

The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event. 

3. Cancellations

Customer Cancellation

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• We will try to accommodate date changes where possible but cannot guarantee availability.

Cancellation by The Boogie Wonderland Party

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to illness, emergency, severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will:​

• Rearrange your booking.

• Or provide a full refund of monies paid.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to:

• venue

• timings

• party package

• guest numbers

must be requested as soon as possible.

Additional charges may apply.

5. Party Requirements

The client agrees to provide:

• A safe performance space

• Adequate adult supervision throughout the event

• Suitable access to the venue

• Parking where available

• Shelter for outdoor events

Our entertainers reserve the right to stop performances if conditions become unsafe.

6. Adult Supervision

Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or supervising adult at all times.

The Boogie Wonderland Party entertainers are responsible for delivering entertainment only and are not acting as childminders.

At least one responsible adult must remain present throughout the booking.

7. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to end or suspend the entertainment if:

• children behave dangerously

• equipment is misused

• abuse is directed towards our staff

• the environment is unsafe

No refund will be given in these circumstances.

8. Venue Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring:

• sufficient space

• safe flooring

• electrical supply (where required)

• compliance with venue rules

The Boogie Wonderland Party accepts no responsibility for venue restrictions or limitations.

9. Equipment

All equipment remains the property of The Boogie Wonderland Party.

Clients are responsible for any deliberate or negligent damage caused by guests.

10. Music & Licensing

Where music is supplied by The Boogie Wonderland Party, it is for entertainment during the booked event only.

The client is responsible for ensuring any venue requiring a music licence has the appropriate permissions.

11. Photography & Social Media

We may occasionally take photographs or short videos during events for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish images of your child or guests to be used, please inform us before the event.

We will always respect your wishes.

12. Allergies & Medical Information

The client must inform us in advance of:

• allergies

• medical conditions

• additional needs

• accessibility requirements

This enables us to make reasonable adjustments where possible.

13. Force Majeure

The Boogie Wonderland Party shall not be liable for cancellation or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• severe weather

• flooding

• fire

• illness

• government restrictions

• transport disruption

• venue closure

14. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.

We are not responsible for:

• personal injury unless caused by our negligence

• loss or damage to personal belongings

• venue-related incidents

• actions of guests attending the event

15. Behaviour

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour.

Our entertainers may leave immediately if they feel unsafe.

No refund will be due.

16. Privacy

Any personal information provided is processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

Your information is used only to administer your booking and will never be sold to third parties.

17. Intellectual Property

All party formats, games, branding, music mixes, logos, photographs and website content remain the intellectual property of Boogie Party and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptance

By paying a booking fee or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Optional Extras

Face painting and glitter artists can be added to your event.

Prices vary depending on the size and requirements of your event. Please contact us for a personalised quotation.

Additional Services

Optional extras, including face painting, glitter artists or other third-party entertainment, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A separate quotation will be provided where applicable.

Overtime
Standard 2 hour booking includes a fantastic mix of classic 70s disco tunes plus 1 hour (approx.) of dance instruction, and fun group dances.

Additional DJ-only hours requested before or during the event will be charged at £50 per hour (or part thereof, at our discretion). Overtime is subject to venue restrictions and entertainer availability.
Our Music Policy

The Boogie Wonderland Party celebrates the best of 1970s disco music, creating an authentic disco experience with classic dancefloor favourites.

To keep the energy high and ensure everyone has a fantastic time, we may also include a carefully selected mix of complementary music and popular party dances like Cha Cha Slide and Macarena. This may include upbeat 1980s soul and funk, modern remixes or reworks of disco classics, and well-loved dance tracks that encourage audience participation.

Our aim is to create a lively, inclusive atmosphere that keeps your guests dancing from start to finish.

Venue Requirements

The client must ensure the venue provides:

• A safe, dry performance area.

• Access to a standard 13-amp power supply within reasonable distance of the performance area.

• Adequate space for sound equipment, lighting and dancing.

• Access to the venue at least 45–60 minutes before the event start time for setup, unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing

The introductory offer of £400 is available for a limited period and may be withdrawn or amended without notice. Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected.
